I worked directly with Maria who was amazing and offered flexible options. We were linked with Conrad, who was the main driver for our party of 12. Conrad was amazing and stayed in contact with us for round trip arrangements. Due to our group being so large, Doreen and Allen were drivers too and were extremely accommodating! MST was the absolute BEST!!! We won’t travel any other way (AND… my group was a large one with kids and elders, but they remained helpful throughout)!!!!!! Thank you so much!

First off, when I called to inquire about the service someone answered which was not the case with several other services I called. This was important to me as I wanted to ensure reliable communication prior to booking.

The shuttle van showed up a bit early for our departure to give us the option of starting to load up knowing we had children which was very considerate and helpful. Pickup and drop-off for both the departure and return from our vacation were flawless. Conrad and Allen were both great guys and provided excellent and courteous service. Communication with the driver was efficient with their automated texting system. I couldn’t be happier with this service and will be using them for all our needs going forward. Excellent business all around!

We used MST for an airport transfer to LAX and return for 6 adults and 2 children who needed car seats. From start to finish things went as smoothly as possible. From booking confirmation to day prior and day of communication, you know at all times what’s going on and what you need to do next. Was really impressed with the service and will certainly repeat.
