Conrad was on time, polite, professional, and friendly. The drive was great and arriving not exhausted from driving was a bonus. The shuttle itself is very nice and comfortable. I will never again drive myself to LAX!

Our flight was originally planned to land at 1030pm. After delays we landed at 1148pm. We had checked in luggage we needed but as soon as a landed I received a text that driver was on the way and 8 minutes away. Carmel our driver was awesome. Thank you for stress free at the end of a long travel day.

Such an enjoyable drive with Dale! First off, he’s a very positive and friendly guy, it was so great to chat with him, and his story starting his company is so inspiring! We talked the entire way to the airport to drop off my parents. He’s a great driver and the van was very comfortable. It was so obvious that he cares so much to maintain a high standard of service – and he has thought of every detail to make sure his customers feel comfortable and safe. This company is clearly his passion, and he puts himself in the customer’s shoes in order to guarantee the best experience. After dropping off my parents, he agreed to drop me off somewhere else even though I’m sure he was exhausted, and along the way we stopped to get food as it had already been a few hours on the road due to heavy traffic, and he covered me! By the end of the trip I felt that I had gained a new friend! Thank you Dale, will most certainly book MST in the future!
