Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

Modern Shuttle Transportation will only use your phone number to send text messages related to your reservation, like booking confirmations, automated driver status messages and automated reminders, and will not share your number with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS Terms and Conditions
- Program description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations. You may also receive automated driver status updates and automated reminders.
- Program frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation and/or situation.
- Opt out: You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us by emailing reservations@mstvans.com.
- Interruption: Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Reservation Terms & Conditions
All deposits by the customer are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. You may receive automated text messaging regarding your service. Sanitation/cleaning fee is $300.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand throughout the vehicle while in motion. Smoking, vaping and/or eating is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time. All beverages on board must have a fastened lid. Wait time will be charged at the rate of $15 every 15 minutes beyond the prescribed allowed wait time (15 minutes for non airport/seaport pickup, 30 minutes for domestic flight pickup after landing, 90 minutes for international flight pickup after landing and 60 minutes for seaport pickup after agreed pickup time) will apply. Trips from the airport will be cancelled and charged after 1 hour after landing for domestic flights or 2 hours after landing for international flights if communication cannot be established with passengers. Trips that are canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time may be charged at full price. Items weighing in excess of 50 lbs. each, may incur a charge of $5 per item. Fuel surcharge may change at any time to reflect current and corresponding changes in fuel prices. Not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. icy roads, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balance to be paid no later than the end of the corresponding trip. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. |
