Reservation Terms & Conditions

All deposits by the customer are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. You may receive automated text messaging regarding your service. Sanitation/cleaning fee is $300.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand throughout the vehicle while in motion. Smoking, vaping and/or eating is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time. All beverages on board must have a fastened lid. Wait time will be charged at the rate of $15 every 15 minutes beyond the prescribed allowed wait time (15 minutes for non airport/seaport pickup, 30 minutes for domestic flight pickup after landing, 90 minutes for international flight pickup after landing and 60 minutes for seaport pickup after agreed pickup time) will apply. Trips from the airport will be cancelled and charged after 1 hour after landing for domestic flights or 2 hours after landing for international flights if communication cannot be established with passengers. Trips that are canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time may be charged at full price. Items weighing in excess of 50 lbs. each, may incur a charge of $5 per item. Fuel surcharge may change at any time to reflect current and corresponding changes in fuel prices. Not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. icy roads, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Balance to be paid no later than the end of the corresponding trip. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
