We used this service for the LA Marathon and they really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. It was an enjoyable experience. On time and very cost effective. The water after the race was also nice to have! Thanks again

My family and I went on vacation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, There were 7 of us going to/from LAX from the Inland Empire. From the first phone call made to Dale to the time we were dropped off on our return trip home, everything went very smooth. It’s quite obvious that every aspect about this company has been well thought out. From the customer service on the phone or in person to the vehicle we were driving in. Top notch all the way. I told Dale that I will definitely use his company again for personal or for our church use.

We traveled to California on a family holiday in July 2018. We were two families with 5 kids between us! Dale and his beautiful wife went out of the way to make this holiday beautiful and memorable for us. They are kind patient and considerate people who fetched us and dropped us off at the airport as well as took us to all our tours, and to brilliant restaurants. They literally spent night and day pandering to all our requests including my mom who is vegan. The van is large with great luggage space and enough seats for all of us with regulation seat belts. It was always sparkling clean with air conditioning and charging ports. We also had free WiFi at all times and cooled bottled water. Dale is also a great photographer and took all our family pics with his wide angle camera and graciously WhatsApp’d the pics to us. Thank you Dale and MST for a fantastic and fabulous and most memorable holiday.

When planning our three week trip overseas, with our three kids, one of the Important things to us, was to minimize our stress, to and from the airport, so we could focus on the trip itself. I called numerous shuttle companies, and the moment Dale got on the phone, he put my mind at ease with his friendly and unrushed demeanor. He gave me good advice and a competitive quote. I called a few places after him, but ultimately decided he was the company to go with. We were not disappointed! The things I appreciated about this company were:

1. It was very easy to get in touch with Dale as well as Carl, the driver who took us home. I was never put on hold and I was answered very quickly, either by phone or text. Never felt like I wasn’t being taken care of.

2. I appreciated that the price was very competitive, and the gratuity was included into the total price that I was quoted. It was one less thing I needed to worry about. Payment was very easy and simple.

3. We were picked up exactly on time, both from home and at the airport.

4. Dale brought us to the airport and was extremely friendly and calm, amidst our pre-flight jitters. He was happy to stop for a bathroom break for one of our kids, and this was extremely appreciated.

5. The van he picked us up in, was huge, immaculate, and comfortable. My kids were able to charge their devices before we got to the airport.

6. Both of our trips were very comfortable, and we left feeling like we had made new friends! I am happy to have found this company, and definitely will be using them again. No need to call around to other companies next time. Dale has also traveled extensively himself, so he has worked hard to make sure the amenities are in place as he transports people to and from the airport. Customer service and satisfaction are his main goal, and that is felt by his customers. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend MSTVans. They have great customer service. Their vans are very clean, comfortable and play good music. Dale, the driver, picked up several members of my family from the airport at different times and kept them entertained while waiting for the next one to arrive. He stayed in contact with each one of them until they were safely in the van. He made it a simple and seemless experience.
