We used MST in February 2024 for a corporate event. They were so responsive and arrived exactly on time. I had to change the reservation a week before and they were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again!

We were very pleased with the transportation service we were provided during our recent vacation. Our driver Conrad was on time, professional and very personable. We felt safe with his driving. We will definitely use this service for our next outing.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars for our wonderful experience with MST! Our driver, Conrad, was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and efficient! He arrived early, and made sure all 5 in our group were comfortable for the long trip to LAX. We loved his familiarity with LAX and the surrounding area! We were so impressed by Conrad, we immediately requested he be our driver for our return trip home 2 weeks later!

For our return trip from LAX Conrad, along with the MST staff, kept constant communication with us, ensuring we were informed and up to date. They monitored our flight status to ensure we were arriving as planned.

We will never use another shuttle company again, we are MST clients for all of our transportation needs now!

Conrad was our driver and he was fabulous! Conrad was early to our home, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He knew the best way to get to LAX/United Terminal and did so in a safe and quick manner.

We are first timers in taking or booking any shuttles or public transportation we always book our flights/trips around other people schedules and we rely on friends or family members for transportation but this time around my mom and sister needed transportation to LAX from Yucaipa at 4am so we had no option but to book a shuttle. I was hesitant about booking with MST because they’re prices were much affordable then other transportation companies and I was expecting a hidden fee. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. Booking is very smooth and easy, prices are reasonably affordable (not cheap but affordable) and the driver arrive 15-20 minutes early (mind you… this was at 4am) and while my mom and sister were

getting picked up… I was receiving texts from the driver/company about what was currently happening in that moment: “approaching address” “arrived” “passengers are loading and are now inside the vehicle” “passengers reached their destination”etc. And according to my family members, the driver Bolaji, was really nice and polite and the drive to LAX was very smooth. 5 stars all the way. It was a stress free experience. I would be definitely booking again. I highly recommend their service! Hands down!
