I wish we could give more than 5 stars for our wonderful experience with MST! Our driver, Conrad, was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and efficient! He arrived early, and made sure all 5 in our group were comfortable for the long trip to LAX. We loved his familiarity with LAX and the surrounding area! We were so impressed by Conrad, we immediately requested he be our driver for our return trip home 2 weeks later!

For our return trip from LAX Conrad, along with the MST staff, kept constant communication with us, ensuring we were informed and up to date. They monitored our flight status to ensure we were arriving as planned.

We will never use another shuttle company again, we are MST clients for all of our transportation needs now!

Conrad was our driver and he was fabulous! Conrad was early to our home, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He knew the best way to get to LAX/United Terminal and did so in a safe and quick manner.

We are first timers in taking or booking any shuttles or public transportation we always book our flights/trips around other people schedules and we rely on friends or family members for transportation but this time around my mom and sister needed transportation to LAX from Yucaipa at 4am so we had no option but to book a shuttle. I was hesitant about booking with MST because they’re prices were much affordable then other transportation companies and I was expecting a hidden fee. There is a reason why they have 5 stars. Booking is very smooth and easy, prices are reasonably affordable (not cheap but affordable) and the driver arrive 15-20 minutes early (mind you… this was at 4am) and while my mom and sister were

getting picked up… I was receiving texts from the driver/company about what was currently happening in that moment: “approaching address” “arrived” “passengers are loading and are now inside the vehicle” “passengers reached their destination”etc. And according to my family members, the driver Bolaji, was really nice and polite and the drive to LAX was very smooth. 5 stars all the way. It was a stress free experience. I would be definitely booking again. I highly recommend their service! Hands down!

Then we strongly recommend the services provided by Modern Shuttle Transportation (MST), a veteran owned company.

We had the opportunity to use Modern Shuttle Transportation (MST) service and its owner, Dale, on a day trip from New Bern to Wilmington to see a show. We were picked up at our location on time and with a smile. We also stopped to pick up our additional riders. Dale stopped along the way as we needed and had us arrive at the literal doorstep of our destination. After the performance he navigated us to our next stop at the restaurant and then shepherded us all home safe and sound. Throughout the day he could not have been more patient and kinder. Several of us are over 70 and he was especially helpful in helping us in and out of the van.

Dale is expanding his west coast MST business to the grater New Bern area. He is invested in our community and resides in New Bern. MTS mainly serves New Bern and surrounding areas including Morehead City, Beaufort, Jacksonville and also MCAS Cherry Point and Camp Lejeune with base access.

Used MST in June of 2019, again recently in April 2023, booked round trip. Both times we were picked up right on time. We took a cruises from LA Pier. Drop off in front of our terminal and picked up in front of the terminal. Excellent service, professional drivers (Thank you Conrad). I would definitely recommend this service. I rate them 10+.
