Dale picked up my mom from LAX on time with no hassle! He offered fresh bottles of water and coconut water for her convenience. The car was extremely clean and he helped with my mom’s luggage after he dropped her off. I am extremely happy that my mom had great service because she gets worried when she travels alone. Dale and his drivers was very professional and kind to us! Used his shuttle service going to lax and used it again when i came back from the philippines! His shuttle is very clean and ride is smooth! 4 USB charger docks on each seat! Ice cold water bottle and candies provided! We had an emergency going to the airport due to my son having a stomach flu. Our driver was very nice and made us feel he was there for us and ready to take us wherever we needed to be without making us feel that we’re a hassle. And when we came back from vacation dale gave us a smooth ride home eventhough he had a tight schedule after us. Will be using his services again in the future!
