Needed a baby seat which no shuttle service seemed to have or want to deal with. Modern Shuttle worked with us to provide a solution. When checking in for our flight my wife realized she had left her phone on the shuttle van. Allen our driver was a life saver He found the phone turned around and drove back to the airport and met us in front of the terminal and happily returned my wife’s phone. We used Modern Shuttle to bring us to LAX and then back home after our trip. Both drivers were on time professional and seemed to really enjoy what they did. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and customer oriented. When I first called for information it was refreshing to actually talk to a live person who actually answered the phone within a couple of rings and provided all the information I needed. I think her name was Marie. It didn’t seem like this company had the staffing problems that seemed so pervasive with the other companies I talked to.

Maria was very diligent in following up our booking and whether we are convenient with the service that she arranged for us. Gracie was our driver and she was very calm and helpful about our stuffs too. The entire service was very convenient and reliable! We now have a solution for travels whenever we visit San Bernardino. This is the second time we have used MTS and I highly recommend them. Everyone we’ve encountered with MTS is professional and competent. Their communication is fantastic including confirmation of trip 24 hours ahead and then texts as driver is dispatched with ability to track progress which greatly decreases stress on travel days! Both vehicles we’ve used were clean and well maintained and they provided a car seat upon request! I may never drive myself to LAX again!
